Lead Investigator, Officer Greg Travland, claimed he took a statement from Yolanda at the police station when he was actually miles away booking Keith Phillips into jail. To cover his lie, he whited out his name on two documents and replaced it with A. Jones. That officer is now deceased. Evidently Travland forgot to make the name switch in the computer because the print out shows Travland was the booking officer.



Read the two false police reports. Both officers report that upon exiting her vehicle, Yolanda began shaking and crying as she stated, "It's in a bag in my truck, please don't let my daughter see." After you read the police reports, watch the actual traffic stop (it's at the 3:12 mark.) Barry has the entire video of the traffic stop and Yolanda never says the things the reporting officers claim. The kops thought the video was gone and an insider slipped it to Yolanda's father.
